- Start to distribute printed materials to Lottery retailers, public agencies, casinos and other partner companies.
- Buy media to run print ads in local or statewide newspapers the week of March 6-12.
March 1st 2006
- Insert brochures into state employees pay checks (as an example of a potential partnership within your state.)
- Send TV ad and radio scripts to stations. Place all print ads.
- Send out Media Advisory.
March 5th 2006
- Hold press conference.
- Issue Press Release.
March 6th –12th 2006 Problem Gambling Awareness Week
- Air TV ads, run radio PSAs, and run print ads.
April 2006– February 2007
- Continue to air TV, radio and print throughout the year.
- Reprint and redistribute brochures and posters as needed.
